CONCRETE

Concrete is basically liquid rock and with that thought in your mind you can understand why it is used for so many things,

We have been using Concrete since the early 1960's starting with the basics eg; slabs yard work.

But as we used it more we realised we had only scratched the surface (pardon the pun).

We now cover so many different versions its hard to count them,

We have laid RCC (Roller compacted concrete) in the Middle East and we have poured small ready mixed foundations for local builders.

Here is a list of what we offer

  • Reinforced Concrete slab works.

  • Foundations.

  • RCC (Roller Compacted Concrete).

  • Concrete Retaining walls.

  • Cast Insitue Designs eg; Stairs, Ramps & Loading docks.

  • Tarmac repairs using concrete as base.

  • DDA (Dedicated Disabled Acsess).

  • And Many more.

Please take a look below and if you can't find what your looking for contact us.

The first concrete highway was built in 1909

The first concrete road was built in 1909 on Woodward Avenue between Six and Seven Mile Roads in Greenfield Township, which is now part of northwest Detroit. The mile-long road cost $13, 492.83 and was built by the Wayne County Road Commission, whose membership included Henry Ford.

Up until that point, non-dirt roads had been built using bricks or cobblestones, or a mix of tar and stones called macadam  – all of which made for a bumpy ride!
